Paul Foer has written for local, regional and national publications,
organized special events, trained or presented to audiences in 14 states,
and started and owned small businesses. He has been a writer and editor
for the University of Maryland Sea Grant Program, and Environmental Management
Fellow with the USEPA Chesapeake Bay Program Office. From 1998 until
2005 he served as the Transportation Marketing Specialist for the City
of Annapolis, Maryland.
